SX250 is a pre-smoothing and repair compound for clean, sound, porous substrates.

Usage/purpose

SX220 is ideal for use in domestic and light commercial environments as an underlayment, prior to application of carpet, wood and vinyl flooring.

Not suitable for use at ambient temperatures below +5°C or over +30°C

Safety data sheet must be read and understood before use. Note: Skin contact with wet cement, fresh concrete or mortar may cause irritation, dermatitis or burns.

Suitable for use below a damp proof membrane
High compressive strength for heavy traffic applications
Shrinkage compensated
Can be mixed with clean aggregate
Protein and OPC free
