Here at Tremco, a full design & specification service is available to ensure the optimum solution for your roofing or flooring project. We offer technical and specification support across the range of systems or products, and our team works with clients, contractors, and installers to provide the best possible and most cost-effective solution, without compromising on quality or safety.
Each specification will define the systems and/or products to be used, and recommended steps to either construct or refurbish. It will also outline in detail the design, safety, and compliance considerations.
Our flat roofing specification service includes:
New build: Early design stage support – creating bespoke detail drawings, and/or reviewing existing architectural drawings.
New build: Post design stage support – creating bespoke detail drawings, based on much of the building envelope being constructed.
Refurbishment: Free roof condition survey and recommended specification covering refurbishment works.
