Tremco Strengthens Its Commitment to CCPI System Assessment

Keely Warren / 09 March 2026

Last year, we completed our first full CCPI system assessment for our AlphaGuard PUMA liquid-applied roofing system, marking a major milestone in our journey toward embedding best‑practice product information management across our portfolio. The rigorous CCPI 11 clauses assess how manufacturers present technical data, performance claims, and safety-critical information, ensuring it meets the highest expectations for clarity and transparency.

Announcing Our Latest Achievement: CCPI Assessment for the POWERply TO RBM System

We are proud to announce that we have now successfully completed another CCPI system assessment this time for our POWERply TO RBM flat roof system.

This assessment further demonstrates Tremco’s ongoing commitment to supporting specifiers, contractors, and asset owners by providing product and system information that is dependable, validated, and aligned with industry-leading standards.

With both POWERply TO RBM and AlphaGuard PUMA now assessed, Tremco continues to lead by example in adopting the CCPI’s principles of accountability and transparent communication of product information.

Why CCPI Matters for the Roofing Sector

The CCPI was established to drive a cultural shift in how manufacturers communicate construction product information helping the industry to move toward higher integrity and accountability. It helps build confidence across the supply chain by assessing that manufacturers behave responsibly when publishing technical and marketing information.

For customers, CCPI‑assessed systems mean:

Reliable, evidence-backed performance information

Clearer technical guidance and specifications

Better‑informed decisions at design, procurement, and installation stages

Reduced risk across the building pipeline

Our Ongoing Commitment

Completing another CCPI system assessment reinforces Tremco’s continuing mission is to improve the quality and clarity of product information. We're not stopping here, additional systems across our portfolio are already in the pipeline for future assessment.

By embedding CCPI principles throughout our operations, Tremco is helping shape a more transparent future for the construction industry while ensuring that clients and specifiers can select systems with greater confidence.
