Tremco offers a unique partnership opportunity to help you deliver on these obligations while achieving measurable community-led impact through every project we contribute to.
Our Social Value Collaboration Programme, Design Action, highlights how we align with specifiers on every project to not only deliver exceptional materials and quality but also drive meaningful contributions to local communities and non-profit initiatives.
Public sector organisations, such as councils, must now ensure that at least 10% of procurement scoring is allocated to social value. This priority extends across a project’s lifecycle, requiring accountability and measurable contributions to local well-being and economic development. Building owners, contractors, and specifiers also benefit from embedding social value into their projects, as it helps secure contracts, enhances reputation, and demonstrates a commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR).

Typically specifiers and manufacturers do not have the opportunity to participate directly in social value contribution as it sits within the tendering process, often as part of a procurement framework. The ‘Design Action’ programme, however, gives end clients an additional contribution on top of what is gained through the tender award. Our support:
Collaboration with Specifiers
Tremco works hand-in-hand with specifiers to bolster their end-client proposals. The specifier connects our products to the client’s specification package and Tremco will provide tangible contributions to social value.
Local Community Initiatives
For every project, Tremco contributes to community-driven initiatives, such as enhancing local employment opportunities, supporting education programmes, or aiding non-for-profit organisations.

Through our contributions, your projects can address a range of social value areas, including:
