At Tremco, we believe every project is an opportunity to give back to the community it serves.
Through our Design Action programme, wherever our roofing materials are sold, we commit to making a direct, local impact — supporting charities you already know and trust, or ones you nominate, so our contributions are meaningful and relevant to your project.
This isn't a replacement for the social value already built into the tender process. It's an additional layer of value and goodwill, delivered automatically on every project we're part of.
By specifying Tremco, you're not only choosing high-performance materials — you're helping strengthen the communities where you build.

Social value is no longer a "nice to have" — it's a procurement requirement.
Public sector procurement increasingly requires a meaningful proportion of tender scoring to be dedicated to social value outcomes, in line with the Procurement Act 2023, the National Procurement Policy Statement, and the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012. Contracting authorities, local councils, contractors and specifiers all now need to demonstrate measurable, reportable social value alongside project quality and cost.
Social value doesn't sit in isolation — it's one of the clearest, most tangible ways to evidence the "S" in ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) and to bring your Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitments to life at project level.
Design Action gives you a built-in way to meet — and exceed — that expectation.
Through Design Action, Tremco pledges to contribute up to 1.5% of sales from our roofing materials to community initiatives local to where our products are used.
Whether that's funding local charities, supporting grassroots programmes, or directing resources where they're needed most, our aim is simple: create positive, lasting change — on top of the social value already delivered through the tender process, so every project makes a difference beyond the roof.
No extra financial input. No added complexity. Just built-in, measurable community impact.
Contributions are directed toward causes that matter locally, including:
Wherever possible, we support charities recommended by our specifiers and clients, ensuring the impact lands where it matters most to you.
We're not alone in believing business can be a force for good. Organisations across sectors — from outdoor retailers to global software companies — have built profit-driven giving into how they operate. Design Action brings that same principle to the construction and roofing sector.
