Roofing
We review the current condition of building’s roof where we determine the current build-up, and the source of issues - if internal leaks have been spotted.
Further investigation can be carried out with professional non-invasive equipment through roof diagnostics. This is where moisture can be mapped, and a cost-effective and less disruptive refurbishment method can be determined.
Once all the data has been collated a comprehensive roof condition survey is then created documenting areas of concern with photography, alongside recommendations.
